We work with universities, companies and public bodies to prepare excellent proposals for large projects funded by the EU, by national agencies and by charities. We then support the successful teams in delivering the projects, focusing on administration, dissemination and future planning.
What we do
Proposals: We have an excellent track record in supporting universities and companies to turn their innovative concept into a compelling proposal that is perfectly targeted to the funding agency’s work programme and evaluation criteria.
Full Lifecycle Project Support: We have helped universities and companies to deliver EU and other funded projects since 1991. We take care of the bureaucracy, leaving our partners to focus on the research. Reports, reviews, EU liaison, financials, communication, dissemination and exploitation all fall within our remit.
Our expertise and experience is particularly in many aspects of Health and life sciences, (especially regenerative medicine and cancer), but also includes ICT, security, robotics, culture and other domains.
Research Consultancy
We offer a range of research-related consultancy services, from pre-evaluation and other supports to proposals in which we are not partners, to supporting large industry-academic collaborative research centres, to strategic planning for international research associations.
Beyond the EU
‘We increasingly work with teams pursuing funding from national and charity sources (Science Foundation Ireland, Innovate UK, Cancer Research UK, the Wellcome Trust, NIH). While the specific rules and regulations vary, the overall model of competitive research funding remains the same, and our expertise adds value.’
