The MENTUPP (Evidence-based Mental Health Promotion and Intervention in the Workplace) Project hosted a Final Conference online on December 13, 2023. Ainslie O’Connor, Pintail Limited, co-organised this meeting.
The MENTUPP Hub was demonstrated and trial results were presented. The MENTUPP Hub involves an intervention that can be accessed via an online platform providing interactive psychoeducational materials and resources for employees, supervisors and managers. It has been developed, implemented and evaluated in collaboration with small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in construction, healthcare, and information and communication technology (ICT) sectors in eight European countries and Australia over the past four years.
The objectives of the Conference were to:
- Present results of the MENTUPP evaluation
- Provide hands-on sessions on how to access and use the MENTUPP Hub
- Share lessons learnt on barriers and facilitators for implementing multilevel and multicomponent interventions in the workplace
- Discuss implementation experiences and recommendations with stakeholders and policymakers, and
- Facilitate future use of the MENTUPP Hub and networking opportunities
